teacher trainers for one-month TESOL Certificate courses in
Poland. Applicants seeking licensure will be required to
commit to a one-year contract with AAE upon receiving their
teacher-training licenses, and will be employed by AAE while
obtaining licensure. Applicants who successfully complete
the licensing requirements will have the opportunity to
deliver up to 6 or 7 TESOL Certificate courses annually at
AAE in Poland, with future possibilities of working in other
